Do you provide the garments or do we supply them?

Both options work! You can bring your own garments for us to embroider or we can source quality apparel at competitive prices. Many businesses prefer our sourcing option for consistency and convenience.

What if we need multiple logo placements?

No problem! We can embroider multiple locations on the same garment:
- Left chest + right sleeve
- Front + back
- Multiple names or text
Each additional placement has separate pricing.

Do you offer samples before we order bulk?

Yes! We can embroider a sample piece for your approval before proceeding with larger orders. Sample fee applies but can be credited toward your bulk order.

Can you match our exact brand colors?

Yes! We have extensive thread color libraries and can match colors. We provide digital proofs so you can approve colors before production begins.

What file format do you need for my logo?

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and most common file formats. Higher resolution is better. If you only have a low-quality image or business card, we can often work with that too.
